Acne Prevention Methods

There are many simple things we can do to prevent acne. Although there has been no scientific evidence linking acne and certain food, a healthy diet full of fresh fruit and vegetables as plenty of water is shown to improve the body’s health and skin. Regular excercise helps release chemicals in the body which keeps us healthy and revives us as well as our skin.
Many cosmetics and skin products contain chemicals which block pores and worsens acne. Pollutions from the air and everyday exposure to the sun can also aggrevate acne. Washing the face twice daily in the morning and before bed will help keep the pores clean allowing the skin to breathe.
